This one’s easy – my dad! My dad is a brilliant engineer and I grew up watching him building and inventing and tinkering. There’s no problem too tough for him – he can build or wire or solder anything! When I was little, he would build me all sorts of toys and tree houses and when I was a bit older, he would teach me how to build things and we would build them together. My favorite memory was when we built a dog house for my dog, Shadow.

Also my Dad. If your Dad isn’t an engineer though, that’s why we’re here 🙂

My own interests and abilities – I’ve always been interested in physics and mechanical things, so engineering was the natural place where I could sate my own interests.
