Never! Even when I’m not working on gas turbines, I’m always engineering things around the house to make my life easier. My latest idea is to build an automatic sifter that blends and sifts almond flour and sugar for macarons without any work form me!

Haha, nice! Retirement age for engineering is similar to most professional jobs where people tend to retire from the age of around 60. There is a guy in my office though, his name is Terry. Terry is over 80 years old and still comes to the office to do engineering because he loves the job. He knows about engines that were made well before I was born 🙂

Well, I’ll retire from my job, but I’ll always be an engineer!
